With this year’s Women’s Month Celebration, the Pampanga PNP, under the supervision of PSSUPT R’WIN PAGKALINAWAN, successfully conducted a team building activity for policewomen yesterday, March 12, 2013 at Pampanga PPO grounds.

The activity was planned and conducted by Pampanga PPO PCR Branch led by PSUPT ANNA LIZA GUZMAN, Chief PCR Branch, in order to build camaraderie and unity amongst the policewomen in Pampanga Police force. Policewomen coming from the nineteen (19) Municipal and two (2) City Police Stations attended the said festivity.

During the team building activity, the attendees were required to do zumba, which is one of the famous dance workouts nowadays. The zumba class was conducted to remind the policewomen to always stay fit and healthy. Afterwards, the policewomen were divided into groups according to their districts then they competed with each other with several games prepared by the PCR Branch. Traditional games like “kadang-kadang” and “agawan ng buko” were prepared in order to promote a sense of nationalism and at the same time, the activity was entitled “Laro ng Lahi Para sa Kababaihan”.

Furthermore, the goal of this team building activity is to promote unity and trust amongst each and every individual who attended the program. Through this activity, the policewomen were given the time to relax and enjoy and have fun. Consequently the activity serves as a motivation for the policewomen to give their best effort in doing their duties.
