Unruly Man Armed with Illegal Firearm Arrested by Floridablanca Cops

The Pampanga PPO under the leadership of PSSUPT OSCAR D ALBAYALDE, Acting Provincial Director, successfully arrested  Paulo De Lena y Cano aka Paw-Paw, 25, while in the possession of a homemade handgun during a follow-up operation at Purok 4, Barangay Bodega, Floridablanca, Pampanga over the weekend.

In a report sent by PSUPT JHOANNA ROSALES, Chief of Police Floridablanca MPS, the arrest stemmed from a call from Barangay Tanods of Barangay Bodega who held the suspect due to an unruly behavior at said barangay. Elements from Floridablanca MPS while conducting patrolling immediately responded and were able to arrest De Lena with a tucked short firearm on his right waistline.

Recovered from the suspects’ possession is a Caliber .38 revolver (homemade handgun) without serial number loaded with two (2) live ammunition.

The suspect was temporarily detained at the office of Floridablanca MPS and appropriate charges were already filed against De Lena.

PD ALBAYALDE commends the personnel for their accomplishment and their quick response which resulted in the arrest of the suspect.
