Police Busts Drug Den in Dau, Mabalacat City

The Pampanga PPO under the leadership of PSSUPT MARLON V MADRID, Officer in Charge, successfully implemented the service of three (3) Search Warrant Nos. 14-92; 14-293; and 14-294 against Michelle Garcia aka “Tisay”; Boyet Garcia aka “Obet”; and Levi Pamintuan aka “Levi”, respectively, for Violation of RA 9165 issued by Hon. Executive Judge Omar T. Viola of the Regional Trial Court  Branch 57, Angeles City dated April 4, 2014.

In a report sent by Chief Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) PSUPT RAQUEL LINGAYO, at about 4:30PM of April 8, 2014, joint elements of PDEA R03, PDEA SES, RAIDSOTG PRO 3, PAIDSOTG-PIB Pampanga PPO, Mabalacat CPS and Pampanga CIDT conducted the search warrant operation at Roxas Street, Barangay Dau, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

The said operation resulted in the arrest of Levi Pamintuan who’s included in the Target List of PDEA 3. Confiscated from his possession were two (2) heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected Shabu together with assorted drug paraphernalia.

In addition, recovered from Michelle and Boyet Garcia’s house was one (1) heat-sealed plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance and assorted drug paraphernalia. While recovered from Nilo Garcia’s house were three (3) heat-sealed plastic sachet containing suspected shabu, cash amounting to Php42,990.00, empty plastic sachets and aluminum foil strips with residue.

Unfortunately, Michelle Garcia, Boyet Garcia and Nilo Garcia were able to elude arrest and still remain at large. The arrested suspect as well as the seized pieces of evidence (which weigh more or less 20 grams) was brought to PDEA 3 for proper disposition.

Persistent reports, results of case build-up and research show that these suspects were known as the notorious source of illegal drug trade in Mabalacat City disposing at least 10-20 grams of Shabu daily.
