Live-in Drug Dealers Fall Prey to Candaba’s New Top Cop

         The Pampanga PPO under the leadership of PSSUPT OSCAR D ALBAYALDE, Acting Provincial Director successfully arrested live-in partners involved in selling illegal drugs in the town of Candaba through the LOI Kontra Droga Charlie conducted by operatives of Candaba Municipal Police Station yesterday, October 10, 2013.

            In the report sent by PSUPT CRISCENTE C TIGUELO, OIC, at about 2:30PM yesterday, elements of Candaba MPS conducted an anti-illegal drug operation at the vicinity of Barangay Talang of said town. This led to the arrest of Dennis Dela Cruz Agulto, 32, resident of said town together with his live-in partner Jennifer Ermac Magtangob, 36 and resident of Doroteo Jose, Avenida, Manila.

            During the course of the operation, the team was able to confiscate the following items from the suspects’ possession:

  1. Six (6) pieces of plastic sachets containing suspected Methamphetamine Hydrochloride or commonly known as “SHABU”
  2. Nine (9) pieces of opened sachets with suspected shabu residue and several drug paraphernalia
  3. One (1) improvised .12 gauge shotgun (SUMPAK), approximately 2 feet in length loaded with one (1) live 12 gauge ammunition

         The suspects are now in the custody of Candaba MPS for documentation prior to Inquest Proceeding and filing of appropriate charges at the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor. They will be facing cases for Violation of Section 5, 11 and 12, Article II of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) and Violation of BP 881 Omnibus Election Code of the Philippines (Gun Ban).
