Intensified Manhunt Operations
           

           The Pampanga PPO under the leadership of PSSUPT OSCAR D ALBAYALDE, Acting Provincial Director, successfully arrested wanted criminals yesterday during their intensified and continuous implementation of LOI Manhunt Charlie.

           In the town of Sasmuan, at about 2:30 of September 26, 2013, elements of Sasmuan Municipal Police Station spearheaded by Chief of Police PSI ERNIE GUARIN successfully arrested Mark Joseph Tolentino y Pagtalunan, of legal age, and resident of Brgy Sto Tomas same town. Suspect was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Hon. Jerry Perico of Sasmuan Municipal Trial Court issued July 29, 2013 for Violation of Article 315 2(A) of the Revised Penal Code (ESTAFA) under Criminal Case No. 13-2473 with a corresponding bail of P6,000.00 for his liberty. Accused is detained at their station for the time being.

           Another manhunt Charlie operation was conducted by Mabalacat City Police Station led by COP PSUPT FERDINAND PEREZ around 10:30am yesterday at Samson Ville, Barangay Dau, Mabalacat City. The said operation resulted in the arrest of Anjo Justin Munoz y Diala, 25 years old and resident of Purok 3, Barangay Sapang Bato, Angeles City for “ESTAFA” docketed under Criminal Case No. 13-9918 issued last April 29, 2013 with a recommended bail of P32,000.00. Said case was issued by Hon. Irin Zenaida Buan, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 56, Angeles City, Pampanga. Subject person is now detained at Mabalacat CPS before being committed to Angeles City District Jail.

           Furthermore, these series of Manhunt Charlie accomplishments were the result of hard work and dedication by the police force in capturing wanted criminals. Chiefs of Police and personnel involved were commended by PSSUPT ALBAYALDE for their undertakings.
