PAMPANGA PPO CREATED SPECIAL INVESTIGATION TASK GROUP TOLEDO- PAYUYAO

...........PSSUPT EDGARDO G TINIO, Provincial Director, Pampanga Police Provincial Office immediately ordered the creation of Special Investigation Task Group (SITG) Tolledo- Payuyao  that will conduct thorough investigation on the murder of two victims identified as GILDA TOLEDO y Reveldez of Nr. 1703 Malabon St. Sta Cruz, Manila and REY PAYUYAO y Cunanan of Paralaya, Candaba, Pampanga. Both were business partners and running a security agency business, PHILGUARD Training and Security Agency located at Brgy San Nicolas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.  Said victims were found dead inside a red Toyota Vios with plate number PQC- 470 which was parked along the shoulder of Ninoy Aquino Road (infront of Kabuhayan Center)  at Brgy Paralayunan, Mabalacat, Pampanga by Elements of PPSC and Mabalacat MPS on January 14, 2012, 11:30 PM.

            In a report reaching the Office of PSSUPT TINIO,  one (1) red Toyota Vios ,bearing plate number PQC-470 was seen parked along the shoulder of Ninoy Aquino Road ( infront of Kabuhayan Center) Brgy Paralayunan, Mabalacat, Pampanga on said date with two (2) lifeless victims onboard. Female victim (TOLEDO) was found seated at the passenger seat with head and body lying on her lap facing the floor with visible gunshot wounds at her back. Male victim (PAYUYAO) was possibly thrown/ placed by the suspect/s at the back seat lying on upside position head on the floor with visible bloods on his body. Further Investigation also showed that the right side passenger window was shattered with visible gunshot holes. It is believed that the victims were shot/killed  in other place and the car was only driven/commandeered by the suspect/s and dumped/ left at said place to mislead the investigation as there were no noticeable pieces of shattered glasses on the shoulder of the road where the victims were found. Cadavers of the victims were brought at Pangilinan Funeral Parlor for autopsy.

The SITG is being headed by PSUPT HOMER PENECILLA, DPDO as the TG Commander. A case conference was held on January 15, 2012, 5:00 P.M. attended by the following members: Provincial Investigation and Detective Management Branch, (PIDMB) headed by PSUPT ARNOLD PALOMO; Provincial Intelligence Branch, headed by PSUPT RAUL APOSTOL VALENCIA; Mabalacat Municipal Police Station (MPS) headed by PSUPT RODNEY BALOYO, Chief of Police (COP); Angeles City Crime Laboratory Office (ACCLO) led by PSINSP BERNALEN AGPALASIN, FOCO/ SOCO Tm Ldr, Angeles City CLO; and, Pampanga Criminal Investigation and Detection Team (CIDT) PCINSP JULIUS CEASAR MANA, Provincial Officer.

            During the case conference, the First Responders who are members of the Provincial Public Safety Company (PPSC) narrated to the SITG members that they were conducting mobile patrolling when they discovered the said abandoned vehicle. On the other hand, COP, Mabalacat MPS reported the extent of the gunshot wound (GSW) sustained by the victims, GILDA TOLEDO sustained three (3) GSW, one (1) on the back left head, one (1) on the shoulder and one (1) on the lower right back, while REY PAYUYAO sustained five (5) GSW, one (1) on the head, one (1) on the nape, one (1) on the back and two (2) on the right forearm.  

            SITG is still conducting thorough investigation to unearth the identification of the suspect/s and the possible motive/s on the said killing.***
