PAMPANGA POLICE LAUDS KABALEN’S EFFORTS FOR ARREST OF WANTED PERSONS

The Pampanga Police Provincial Office headed by PSSUPT EDGARDO G TINIO, Provincial Director has lauded the efforts of the Pampanga community that led to the arrest of One Hundred Nine (109) wanted persons in the province from January to February of this year. This includes the arrest of Nine (9) Top 20 Most Wanted Persons (MWPs) for various crimes such as Murder, Rape, Frustrated Homicide, Qualified Theft and Violations of Special Laws.

Without the information provided by concerned citizens and the commitment of the PNP of the different Municipal/ City Police Stations to track down their hiding places and   go after them, these perpetrators will continue to evade the law. Likewise, the sincerity of elected officials to maintain peace and order in the community had led to the speedy arrest of wanted persons in the province.

On the other hand, Pampanga PPO has been swift in giving away awards and commendations to PNP personnel  in recognition of their accomplishments on wanted persons. During the Flag Raising Ceremony held here last Monday, March 5, 2012, PSSUPT TINIO commended PCINSP PAUL Y GAMIDO, Chief of Police of San Simon MPS and his personnel for the arrest of Numbers 1 and 14 MWPs in his AOR for the crimes of Rape and Murder, respectively. These were among their Five (5) arrests made for the period of two (2) months. Similarly, PCINSP ROMEO BALUBAL JR, COP, Masantol MPS and his staff also received a commendation for arresting a wanted person involved in a Frustrated Murder case in his area. Masantol MPS ranked Number 4 among the Twenty One (21) MPS/ CPS with the most number of arrested wanted persons. The Top Three (3) MPS/ CPS were Mabalacat MPS under the leadership of PSUPT RODNEY BALOYO IV with Fourteen (14) arrests for the past two (2) months followed by   San Fernando CPS headed by PSUPT LUISITO MAGNAYE with Thirteen (13) arrests and Guagua MPS headed by PSUPT ROLLY MENDOZA with Eleven (11) arrests made.

Through the active support and  participation  of the grass roots in solving criminality, the Pampanga PPO was able to put behind bars these wanted people with various criminal offense.***
