Implementation of Search Warrant in Lubao
           

           The Pampanga PPO under the leadership of PSSUPT OSCAR D ALBAYALDE, Acting Provincial Director successfully implemented another Search Warrant Operation against Jesus Bartolo y Herreros aka “Boy Bartolo” at Kabuhayan Village, Brgy Don Ignacio Dimson (SRD 2) Lubao town earlier today, September 20, 2013.

            The operation was conducted with the strength of Search Warrant No. 13-97 for MURDER and Search Warrant No. 13-99 for Violation of PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294 issued by Hon. Judge Jonel S Mercado, Executive Judge of Branch 52 of the Regional Trial Court, Guagua, Pampanga dated September 18, 2013 against Jesus Herreros Bartolo aka “Boy Bartolo”, 56 years old and resident of aforementioned place.

            In a report reaching the office of APD ALBAYALDE, at about 6:00AM today, the operating team composed of joint elements from Pampanga PPO for operations PSUPT RICARDO PANGAN, PIB led by PSUPT RODNEY RAYMOND LOUIE BALOYO, PPSC led by PSUPT BERNARD PEREZ, SWAT team led by PI OHMAR BOGNOT and PSI MICHAEL MASANGKAY, and Lubao Municipal Police Station led by PSUPT RECHIE DULDULAO, Chief of Police, implemented the service of Search Warrant at the house of “Bartolo”. Upon reaching the said place, respondent was not around because he was been apprehended at Guagua Pampanga and was brought to Guagua MPS for investigation  and proper disposition, however his live-in partner Mary Ann Harris-Santiago, 44 years old was the only one present during that time.            Search and seizure was made by elements of Lubao MPS and was witnessed by two Barangay Officials from the said barangay and was done in an orderly manner wherein they found/recovered the following items: one (1) piece of hand grenade sealed with masking tape and one (1) live bullet for Cal. 45 pistol.
           
           Furthermore, a confidential witness pinpointed the septic tank where the cadaver of Ronel Manalansan y Sumala aka “Pong” was buried and same was recovered on the stage of decomposition inside a white rice sack. Cadaver of the victim was positively identified by his relatives through his tattoo and apparel. SOCO team from PNP Regional Crime Laboratory Office 3 led by PSI ERIC M GARCIA conducted autopsy of the said cadaver and transferred it to C.S. Velasquez Funeral Home, San Nicolas, Lubao, Pampanga.
Meanwhile, above named live-in partner of said suspect was brought to Lubao MPS for filling of appropriate charges against her.
