.....Pampanga PPO to Intensify the Implementation of Warrants of Arrest to Reduce Wanted Criminals


            Pampanga PPO Officer-in-Charge PSSUPT OSCAR D ALBAYALDE has recently issued directive to his Chiefs of Police (COPs) to exercise and serve alias warrants of arrest in order to reduce wanted criminals lurking in the province of Pampanga during one of their conference held at Pampanga Police Headquarters.


This will serve as another anti-criminality strategy to reduce wanted criminals on the run and put them behind the bars of justice. As a result, seven (7) wanted criminals where in one of them being rank two in the town of Apalit and another rank nineteen in the town of San Simon were apprehended during this week.


Last Sunday, June 16, 2013, elements of Mabalacat City Police Station under the supervision of PSUPT FERDINAND PEREZ, Chief of Police, implemented LOI Manhunt Charlie which resulted in the arrest of Ariel Julian y Lagman, 43 years for two counts of “ESTAFA” under Criminal Case No. 3921-M-2012 and 3922-M-2012 with recommended bail of P60,000.00 each count. Currently subject person was transferred to Angeles City District Jail, BJMP for detention and custody.


On June 17, 2013, personnel from Porac Municipal Police Station under the leadership of PSUPT JURITZ RARA, COP, conducted manhunt Charlie operation in the vicinity of Brgy Cangatba, Porac which resulted to the arrest of Arnold Gomez y Buan, 35 years for Violation of RA 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act) under CC# 13-10037 with recommended bail of P80,000.00 for his temporary liberty. Arrested person was temporarily detained at Porac MPS for transfer to the court of origin.


Personnel from Sto Tomas Municipal Police Station led by PCI JOSEMARIE BASA, COP, conducted two Manhunt Charlie Operations last June 17, 2013 which resulted in the arrest of two persons with outstanding warrants. At about 4:00PM Rommel Dizon y Manalili, 37 years, was apprehended in the vicinity of Brgy Moras Dela Paz, for Violation of RA 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004) under CC# 2623 with recommended bail of P80,000.00. And at about 8:00PM, elements of Sto Tomas MPS conducted manhunt operation at the vicinity of Brgy Poblacion which resulted to the arrest of Alvin Deang y Soriano, 21 years, for Violation of Sec 3 (b) of RA 7610 under CC# 2614 with recommended bail of P80,000.00. Both criminals were detained at the said station for transfer to the court of origin.


In the morning of June 18, 2013, elements of Guagua MPS led by PSUPT HENRY FLORES, COP, conducted Manhunt Charlie operation at Brgy Ebus which resulted to the arrest of Rex Custodio, 43 years for the crime of Less Serious Physical Injuries under CC# 11-0592 with recommended bail of P2,000.00. Said person is presently detained at Guagua MPS.


On June 18, 2013, around 7 o’clock in the evening, elements from San Simon MPS under the leadership of PCI MICHAEL JHON RIEGO, OIC, successfully arrested Peter Paul De Jesus y Pascual, 33 years, currently Rank 19 Most Wanted in Municipal Level for Violation of Section 5 (b) of RA 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act) under CC#s 12-5315(M) and 12-5316(M) respectively with bail fixed at P80,000.00 each case. Accused is currently detained at San Simon MPS.


Lastly, around 11:30PM of June 18, 2013, elements from Apalit MPS under the supervision PSUPT HOMER PENECILLA, COP, successfully apprehended the No. 2 Most Wanted Person in their Town during one of their Manhunt Charlie Operations. Arrested person was identified as Jose Rizal Gancena y Torres, 42 years old for the crime of “MURDER” docketed under CC# 06-3982 with no bail recommended. Accused person is still under the custody of the said station.


Furthermore, these series of Manhunt Charlie accomplishments were the result of hard work and dedication of Pampanga PPO personnel in capturing wanted criminals on the run in the province. Chiefs of Police and personnel involved were commended by PSSUPT ALBAYALDE for their achievements.
